ingredients:
1 cup liquid ( i used soymilk) 3 scoops vanilla protein powder a handfull spinach 1 cup frozen fruits (raspberries, blueberries, mango, banana, ...)
instructions:
mix everything together and enjoy !

ingredients: 6 tbsp coconut oil 2 tbsp coconut butter 4 heaping tbsp of raw cacao powder 2 tbsp of maple pinch of salt 1 cup puffed quinoa cereal 1/4 cup cranberries 1/4 cup pistachios
instuctions: pour into a lined loaf pan and chill until set.
